This Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Dog Zens ("Company") and the user ("User") who accesses or uses the Company's website, products, or services ("Platform").

User acknowledges that all intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to graphics, logos, trademarks, and copyrights, are owned by the Company or its licensors.

User agrees to use the Platform, including any content contained therein, only as expressly permitted by this Agreement. User may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without the Company's prior written permission.
6.1 Collection and Use of Information
The Company may collect and use personal information as described in its Privacy Policy. User hereby consents to the Company's collection and use of personal information as set forth in the Privacy Policy.
6.2 Cookies
The Platform may use cookies to enhance User's experience. By using the Platform, User consents to the use of cookies in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Platform.
User agrees to indemnify and hold the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with User's use of the Platform or violation of this Agreement.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Agreement, or any part thereof, at any time and for any reason. User's continued use of the Platform after any changes to this Agreement shall constitute User's consent to such changes.
10.1 Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
10.2 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
10.3 Waiver
The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or any other provision.
This Terms of Use Agreement is effective as of the date of User's acceptance and may be updated by the Company from time to time as necessary.
